Wild Swimming
Trevassack offers a safe, secure location for open water swimming, close by to changing facilities. With its sheltered location and clean, fresh water, Trevassack Lake is perfect for wild swimming. Whether you’re new to open water swimming or an experienced swimmer, we welcome you to Trevassack Lake.
From 2022, we aim to offer supervised and specialised accessible swimming lessons to include access to a floating wheelchair and adapted life jackets.
A Safe environment
Supervised sessions
Supervised swimming sessions all year round at the lake. Without the limitations of a swimming pool, wild swimming offers a unique and memorable experience, ideal for the adventurous side in us all. If you are new to open water swimming or are unsure of your ability, we recommend that you should be able to swim a minimum of 400m unaided.
We have various sizes of course available, covering short, refreshing swims, or endurance lengths. Please see our link below for the current courses and loops available.
