Take to the water

Sailing

Our Trevassack Lake sailing courses allow children aged 8+ to earn key Royal Yachting Association (RYA) qualifications, all in the sheltered and stable environment that the lake provides.

The focus at Trevassack Lake is on creating a fun environment where students can learn at their own pace, and our use of Hansa dinghies and specialised pontoons means that the experience is entirely accessible to children with disabilities.

Learn to Sail

Laser pico & Hansa

All sessions are taught by qualified RYA Instructors, and with usual groups of up to six students per Instructor, each student can get the time and attention they need to learn at their own pace.

RYA certification is awarded upon successful completion of the syllabus, and although we can not guarantee certification on any course, we strive to get the best out of all our students throughout their time with us.
